New Story Idea....What do you think?

It's not a bad idea, but the general theme has been used before, think Minority Report. After it's been used a few times the main attraction becomes the intricacies and twists that are thrown into the story. If well written the story could have a lot of mileage, but in my opinion the specifics will probably turn off people who have seen countless ethical debates about terrorism, Iraq, and America over the past few years.
