Is my baby sucking the bottle too hard?

well my baby is a little over 2 weeks old and his lips are blue, its not really the lips but i have to open his mouth to see the blue, its not on his tongue or gums or anywhere else, my boyfriends close friend has two boys n she said it might be from him sucking his bottle or even his pacifiers to hard, i was just wondering if that could be true, i spoke with a nurse this morning over the phone n she asked me if i noticed any other things with the baby n i said no he eats good, he makes noise while he sleeps sometimes but she said that's normal, i want to know what to do, i wanted to take him to ther ER, but if his lips are still blue in the morning then i think im just gonna go ahead and take him in to see what they say, because the nurse i spoke with earlier said that if its still blue in the morning for me to take him in.
