What should i do to get rid of pimples?

Well i have a lot of pimples and almost everything i tried doesn't work. Like the Cindy Crawford set and all. And I was just looking for ways i could get rid of them naturally because i am sick of paying hundreds of dollars for solutions. Like something i can use right at my kitchen or bathroom.
