My man is no good for me HELP!?

I continue to stay. He tells me he lovess me and seldom shows it, he cheats, i cry all th time. He tells me i dont need anybody but him he's not around. The 2 years we have been together i turned on all of my friends. Im lonely now and miserable. I still love him the worst part im 36 im not even a young woman i should knw better. Any advice?
