Is my stretched ears infected?

My ears are currently stretched at 5/8ths. My right ear is perfectly fine healthy and thick (Woo Hoo). My left ear doesnt hurt, itch or isnt annoyed by anything. It feels just like my right one. It does look a little swollen but I also have thick natural ear lobes. Im not too worried about that. But when I clean it I am realizing that there is a yellowish white goo thats coming out. I know that freshly stretched ears get crusties or ear funk (That **** that makes your ear smell; Its normal I know this.) but I have had them at 5/8ths for about 3 weeks now and only my left ear has this. I dont know if it is infected because it doesnt hurt or anything. Its not a big problem I just want some of your opinions who have probably been through what Im going through. Thank you all.
