How do i make my hair like in this pic?

Bon Jovi,one of my favorites.Your best bet would be to print off the photo and take it to a hair salon and let the stylist determine the right shade to accomplish this.Don't attempt this on your own,it could turn out disasterous.Just my thoughts.I do how ever love the colors.
