Every time i go to bed i hear this annoying noise in my ears.?

Every time i go to bed i hear this annoying sound not sure what the best word is to describe it but i think it is (synonym) not sure tho, anyways i was wondering if anyone else has this and could tell me what this is and how i can get rid of it, my friend has this also he doesn't know what it is either.
