No, I don't think so. During and after her wrestling career she kept being controversial, she said that Stephanie McMahon broke her and Triple H up and the fact she also did lots of crazy things outside wrestling wouldn't give her a spot on the Hall of Fame. On the other hand, she did change women's wrestling and was dominant.
